WARNING - Pre-Sales will not behave as expected under the following conditions:

Your Online Settings are adjusted to Advance Sales for Zero-Dollar Order Totals
AND
Your tickets are $0

Your sales method for zero-dollar order totals MUST be set to Online Sales in order for pre-sales to function properly.
