Steps to disable renewal or auto-renewal for a membership:

  1. Go to Cloud Setup > Membership Programs
  2. Click the Edit icon next to the relevant membership program
  3. Click the Edit icon next to the relevant membership level
  4. Select the checkbox(es) to Disable Renewal and/or Disable Auto-Renewal
