You may configure a message to send to your customers after a kiosk transaction is completed. These messages may be sent up to 48 hours after the order has occurred and will be sent to ALL customers who make a purchase on a kiosk template. 

Once you have designed your message in Message Templates, you may assign it to a kiosk template.

Set Your Kiosk Follow-Up Message

  1. Navigate to Kiosks > Templates
  2. Click the edit icon next to your template
  3. Go to the Receipts & Messages tab
  4. Under Follow Up Messages, select the time for your message to be sent under Send Followup Message. You may select a time up to 48 hours after purchase.
  5. Select your email and/or text message templates.
  6. Click Save Changes.
