You may want to send a reminder emails to members who have already received the install email once, but have not yet downloaded their digital pass. This can be done via a Scheduled Message.
Create Your Reminder Message Content
First, create a message template for the reminder email. Navigate to Messaging Service > Templates. Click Create New Message Template and provide a Name (for internal purposes), Subject (for the email subject line), Message Type (Email or SMS), and Template Type (Standard Digital Pass Install). This message could be the same template you use for the initial install email, or you could create a new template with language indicating a reminder (i.e. "Don't forget to install!").
For more information on creating the message content, see this article: Digital Pass Install Template (Email) [XTL v4]
Schedule Your Reminder Message
To schedule a reminder, navigate to Messaging Service > Scheduled Messages. Click Create Scheduled Message. Provide an internal name and select Type as Digital Pass Reminder.
On the scheduled message instance, you will need to select basic settings such as the send method (email or text) and the send date a time (any time in the future to send this message).
Your Digital Pass Configuration selection will indicate the possible levels to include in the reminder message recipient list. You will then be able to designate specifically which levels to include.
Once you are ready to queue the message, check the box to Send This Message.
