When you login to the XTAC application on web or mobile, you will be prompted to select an Application Mode. This mode designates the scanning interface. There are 2 modes:
- Entry Attendant - Allows scanning of specified program tickets and memberships.
- Program Check-In - Allows scanning tickets for ONE specific program event. For use with XTAC mobile only.
Entry Attendant Mode
When you select Entry Attendant as your Application Mode, you will be immediately prompted to select an Attendant Mode. The Attendant Mode will designate which program tickets and membership levels are redeemable when using XTAC.

Program Check-In
When you select Program Check-In as your Application Mode, you will be immediately prompted to select an Attendant Mode. The Attendant Mode will designate which programs are available for selection when using XTAC.

Once you select your Attendant Mode, you will be prompted to designate your program and program event time for which you want to scan tickets. Use the menu icon in the top-right corner of the screen to Enable Camera Scanner and begin scanning tickets.
