New Features

On-Screen Kiosk Keyboard

We've added a new on-screen keyboard option for kiosks. When enabled, the on-screen keyboard replaces the hardware's default keyboard, providing a more streamlined experience for customers and a better fit within the kiosk interface.

To enable the new keyboard, navigate to Kiosk Sales > Configurations. You will see a new checkbox to Enable on-screen keyboard. Try it out and let us know what you think!

Single-Use Codes for Membership Promotions

Single-use discount codes were previously available for ticket purchases, allowing customers to create promotional codes that automatically expire after one use. This functionality has now been expanded to membership promotions, allowing the same one-time-use promotion capability for memberships. Membership discount codes must be configured as the Manual code type in Altru.

• Fixed an issue preventing package details from displaying on the web calendar.
• Fixed an issue preventing on-sale information from displaying for single-day registration package events.
• Streamlined Kiosk UI for membership purchases using member add-ons
• Enabled Fast Checkout for MPOS (previously only available in Version 3). This allows completing mobile transactions without constituent information on the order. 
• Fixed an issue preventing member cards from being issued in Altru when membership was purchased through XTru.
• Added key membership fields to Master Summary block display on receipt, including: Send renewal to, Deliver to, Given by, Gift message.
• Added ability to update Web Portal name.
• Added more robust Refund Report.
• Fixed bug causing padding issues for custom text on the Login and Create Account screens.
• Added section and page identifiers on portal pages for custom CSS styling.
• Fixed pug preventing creation of Upsells on Kiosk.
