Improvements & Bug Fixes

• Added instructional text for custom price types in the Items tab on web portal.
• Added the ability to mark ticket templates inactive or remove them when they are no longer needed.
• Updated the web portal logo link behavior to support navigation to URL of choice. 
• Required a Surcharge Donation Designation selection before saving settings when Gift Card surcharge is enabled. 
• Stopped requiring State/Country at checkout when the selected country has no states configured in Altru. 
• Fixed Ticket Summary variables on digital tickets so separate events under the same program display correctly.
