The Altru webform settings for pre-registered programs include a few options you might be accustomed to using. These are:
- Enabling the "Guest details are optional" setting for a specific price type. This allows the customer to check "Register later" when completing a transaction, without completing any of the registration fields.
- Configuring the Fields to include in regards to contact information. Email, Phone, and Address may be included and/or required as needed.
These settings must be configured via Cloud Setup in XTruLink when utilizing our web portal and kiosk.
How to Configure Pre-Registered Settings (Program-Level)
- Navigate to Cloud Setup > Programs
- Search for your desired program and click the Edit icon
- Under the Available Products (price types) list, click the Gear icon
- Set your Pre-Registered Settings as desired
- Repeat for each price type as needed
Pre-Registered Settings configured on the program page will apply to all program events and/or event packages.
Set Specific Pre-Registered Settings for a Unique Program Event (Event-Level)
- Follow steps 1-2 from the program-level steps above
- Under Tasks click Program Events
- Select your Month and click Fetch Events
- Find your desired program event and click the Actions dropdown
- Select Pre-Registration Settings
- Set your Pre-Registered Settings as desired
- Click to Save to this Event Only or, if you'd like to save to all events with the same name within this program, click Save to all Events by Name.
- Selecting "Remove Pre-Registration Settings" will erase any event-specific settings and default back to the program-level settings.
Set Specific Pre-Registered Settings for an Event Package (Package-Level)
- Follow steps 1-2 from the program-level steps above
- Under Tasks click Event Packages
- Find your desired event package and click the Edit icon
- Under the Available Products (price types) list, click the Gear icon
- Set your Pre-Registered Settings as desired
- Repeat for each price type as needed
