The Altru webform settings for pre-registered programs include a few options you might be accustomed to using. These are:

• Enabling the "Guest details are optional" setting for a specific price type. This allows the customer to check "Register later" when completing a transaction, without completing any of the registration fields.
• Configuring the Fields to include in regards to contact information. Email, Phone, and Address may be included and/or required as needed.

These settings must be configured via Ticketing Setup in XTruLink when utilizing our web portal and kiosk. 

How to Configure Pre-Registered Settings (Program-Level)

1. Navigate to Ticketing Setup > Programs
2. Search for your desired program and click the Edit icon
3. Click Available Products from the left navigation (price types)  
4. Click the gear next to the product and set your Pre-Registered Settings as desired
5. Repeat for each price type as needed

Pre-Registered Settings configured on the program page will apply to all program events and/or event packages. 

Set Specific Pre-Registered Settings for a Unique Program Event (Event-Level)

1. Follow steps 1-2 from the program-level steps above
2. One the left navigation, choose Program Events
3. Search for your event using the Calendar View or Table View
4. Find your desired program event and select it by clicking on the link
5. Click Available Products from the left navigation (price types)
6. Click the gear next to the product and set your Pre-Registered Settings as desired
7. Click Save and then choose the option For this Program Event Only or, if you'd like to save to all events with the same name within this program, select For Program Events of the Same Name. 

Set Specific Pre-Registered Settings for an Event Package (Package-Level)

1. Follow steps 1-2 from the program-level steps above
2. One the left navigation, choose Event Packages
3. Find your desired event package and click the Edit icon
4. Click Available Products from the left navigation (price types)
5. Click the gear next to the product and set your Pre-Registered Settings as desired
6. Save and Repeat for each price type as needed
